Adam Roberts

MBChB FRACP

Adam has been in private practice since 2011 and is currently the director of Barwon Endocrinology.

 

He completed his training in Endocrinology as the research fellow in the Barwon Health Clinical trials unit and has continued as lead investigator in a number of diabetes trials. He heads the Diabetic High Risk Foot Unit at Barwon Health and reports for the Geelong Bone Densitometry Unit. He is part of the BSWRICS Thyroid Cancer multidisciplinary team and plays an active part in education both for the Deakin Clinical School of Medicine and in the advanced endocrinology training program for up and coming physicians.

 

He has admitting rights for St John of God Hospital, Geelong Private Hospital and the University Hospital Geelong.

He enjoys practicing his Australian accent, spending time with his family, and figuring out new ways to lift heavy weights!
